SinceBuyer’s
Title is owned and operated by attorneys who are activelyinvolved inthe
day to day business of Buyer’s Title, we will happilyhelp you draft
and/or review your real estate contract. While everycounty has its
"standard" real estate contract, it is important thatyou know what YOUR
contract says. If you have already signed yourcontract, we can read it
and have our in-house attorneys explain whatyou have already agreed to.
If you are just contemplating the sale orpurchase of real estate, we
will gladly help you prepare your contractfor signature.
2. Referral services:
Onceyouhavebegunon
the road toward closing, there are many details thatneedto betendedto.
From finding financing for your home,
togettingappraisals,surveys,inspections and insurance, BUYER’S TITLEcan
pointyou in therightdirection. Our experienced title
processors,examinersand closingagentshave developed working
relationships withmanyreputable people inthesefields and are always
happy to give younamesand numbers so youcandecide for yourself with

3. Document Preparation
Manysetsofdocumentsare
required for your closing. Some documents arerequiredtobe madeavailable
by the buyer and some by the seller. Thecontractwilldeterminewho has to
supply which documents. At BUYER’STITLE wecanprepare bothbuyer’s and
seller’s documents.
4. Title Examination
AtBUYER’STITLE,yourtitle
work is done IN-HOUSE by one of our realestateattorney’s.Having areal
estate attorney reviewing the abstractoftitle insuresthat thesubtleties
of Florida’s real estate lawsarefollowed and thatyou havefree and clear
title to your home. Sincethetitle is examinedIN-HOUSErather than being
outsourced,youcan be kept up todate if anyproblems arise.
Furthermore,sinceBUYER’S TITLE is owned andoperated byattorneys working
for you,whenproblems DO occur, they cangenerally beremedied
quicklyandefficiently.
5. Mail Away Closings
Occasionally,oneormoreparties
to a closing are not in town. Perhaps thesellershavealreadymoved to
another state or they are snowbirds alreadybackintheirhometown. We are
more than happy to accommodate them andyoubydoing whatwe call a "Mail
Away Closing". Once all thedocumentsareprepared, wemail the package to
the seller withveryspecificinstructions on how andwhere to sign each
document. Thatway,beingout of town does not have topostpone your
closing.
