YES! From platting your large parcel of land to closing each individual sale, we can get your completed closing package AND PROCEEDS to you without delay.

I'M A SELLER, CAN YOU HELP ME ?
Of course we can. As a seller, you are required to come to closing with certain documents. We can prepare those for you. Also, in some counties, the Seller is required to produce Title Insurance. At BUYER'S TITLE we never charge more than promulgated rate.

1. Contracting Drafting & Review :
SinceBuyer’s Title is owned and operated by attorneys who are activelyinvolved inthe day to day business of Buyer’s Title, we will happilyhelp you draft and/or review your real estate contract. While everycounty has its "standard" real estate contract, it is important thatyou know what YOUR contract says. If you have already signed yourcontract, we can read it and have our in-house attorneys explain whatyou have already agreed to. If you are just contemplating the sale orpurchase of real estate, we will gladly help you prepare your contractfor signature.

2. Referral services:
Onceyouhavebegunon the road toward closing, there are many details thatneedto betendedto. From finding financing for your home, togettingappraisals,surveys,inspections and insurance, BUYER’S TITLEcan pointyou in therightdirection. Our experienced title processors,examinersand closingagentshave developed working relationships withmanyreputable people inthesefields and are always happy to give younamesand numbers so youcandecide for yourself with whom you wish towork.

3. Document Preparation
Manysetsofdocumentsare required for your closing. Some documents arerequiredtobe madeavailable by the buyer and some by the seller. Thecontractwilldeterminewho has to supply which documents. At BUYER’STITLE wecanprepare bothbuyer’s and seller’s documents.

4. Title Examination
AtBUYER’STITLE,yourtitle work is done IN-HOUSE by one of our realestateattorney’s.Having areal estate attorney reviewing the abstractoftitle insuresthat thesubtleties of Florida’s real estate lawsarefollowed and thatyou havefree and clear title to your home. Sincethetitle is examinedIN-HOUSErather than being outsourced,youcan be kept up todate if anyproblems arise. Furthermore,sinceBUYER’S TITLE is owned andoperated byattorneys working for you,whenproblems DO occur, they cangenerally beremedied quicklyandefficiently.

5. Mail Away Closings

Occasionally,oneormoreparties to a closing are not in town. Perhaps thesellershavealreadymoved to another state or they are snowbirds alreadybackintheirhometown. We are more than happy to accommodate them andyoubydoing whatwe call a "Mail Away Closing". Once all thedocumentsareprepared, wemail the package to the seller withveryspecificinstructions on how andwhere to sign each document. Thatway,beingout of town does not have topostpone your closing.

6. Explanations of everything
AtBUYER’STITLEwefeel that all of your questions are important ones. Wearealwayswillingto help you at every turn. Whether it is about thesurveyofyourproperty, the inspection report, how to get your waterorelectricturnedon, or why you have to wait until the last minute todoyourwalkthrough, we will take the time to explain each step to you

7. Seminars & written materials
BUYER’STITLEhasalong list of major lending institutions as its clients. Weareoftenaskedto train their personnel on the proper preparationoftheirdocuments,such as Mortgages, Affidavits, andotherinstruments.Additionally we conductseminars entitled"BETTERUNDERSTANDING YOUR TITLECOMMITMENT" or anythingelse our"lender"clients need. We conductthese classes either atdifferentbranchesthroughout the state OR at acentral location,whichever worksbest foryou.
When we come to yourbank to conductthese seminars wehavealways found it useful topresent written materialfor each lendertokeep at their desk designedspecifically for the needof yourparticularbank.

8. Special requests
AtBUYER’STITLEwepride ourselves on Service, and that makes YOU, ourclient,themostimportant thing to us. As such, if you have ANYspecialrequeststhat youwould like us to take care of, just ask anyof ourpersonneland theywill get you to the most appropriate personto serviceyourneeds.
