I'M A REALTOR, CAN YOU HELP ME?
Absolutely! The smoother the closing process is for your client, the better you look. At BUYER'S TITLE, we pride ourselves on smooth closings. 

I'M A LENDER, CAN YOU HELP ME?
Without a doubt!  Lenders can't start making money until loans are closed.  BUYER'S TITLE can get your loans closed quickly and efficiently making you AND your banking customer happy.

I'M A DEVELOPER, CAN YOU HELP ME?
YES!  From platting your large parcel of land to closing each individual sale, we can get your completed closing package AND PROCEEDS to you without delay.

I'M A SELLER, CAN YOU HELP ME? 
Of course we can.  As a seller, you are required to come to closing with certain documents.  We can prepare those for you.  Also, in some counties, the Seller is required to produce Title Insurance. At BUYER'S TITLE we never charge more than promulgated rate.

Service is our number one priority at BUYER’S TITLE. From the small, almost imperceptible things such as having PEOPLE answering our phone lines during business hours, to the larger things like negotiating contracts, you will always be treated with the utmost care and respect.

1.  CONTRACT DRAFTING & REVIEW:

Since Buyer’s Title is owned and operated by attorneys who are actively involved in the day to day business of Buyer’s Title, we will happily help you draft and/or review your real estate contract. While every county has its "standard" real estate contract, it is important that you know what YOUR contract says. If you have already signed your contract, we can read it and have our in-house attorneys explain what you have already agreed to. If you are just contemplating the sale or purchase of real estate, we will gladly help you prepare your contract for signature.

2.  REFERRAL SERVICES:

Once you have begun on the road toward closing, there are many details that need to be tended to. From finding financing for your home, to getting appraisals, surveys, inspections and insurance, BUYER’S TITLE can point you in the right direction. Our experienced title processors, examiners and closing agents have developed working relationships with many reputable people in these fields and are always happy to give you names and numbers so you can decide for yourself with whom you wish to work.

3.  DOCUMENT PREPARATION

Many sets of documents are required for your closing. Some documents are required to be made available by the buyer and some by the seller. The contract will determine who has to supply which documents. At BUYER’S TITLE we can prepare both buyer’s and seller’s documents.

4.   TITLE EXAMINATION

At BUYER’S TITLE, your title work is done IN-HOUSE by one of our real estate attorney’s. Having a real estate attorney reviewing the abstract of title insures that the subtleties of Florida’s real estate laws are followed and that you have free and clear title to your home. Since the title is examined IN-HOUSE rather than being sent out to be done, you can be kept up to date if any problems arise. Furthermore, since BUYER’S TITLE is owned and operated by attorneys working for you, when problems DO occur, they can generally be remedied quickly and efficiently.

5 MAIL AWAY CLOSINGS

Occasionally, one or more parties to a closing are not in town. Perhaps the sellers have already moved to another state or they are snowbirds already back in their hometown. We are more than happy to accommodate them and you by doing what we call a "Mail Away Closing". Once all the documents are prepared, we mail the package to the seller with very specific instructions on how and where to sign each document. That way, being out of town does not have to postpone your closing.

6 EXPLANATIONS OF EVERYTHING

At BUYER’S TITLE we feel that all of your questions are important ones. We are always willing to help you at every turn. Whether it is about the survey of your property, the inspection report, how to get your water or electric turned on, or why you have to wait until the last minute to do your walk through, we will take the time to explain each step to you.

7.  SEMINARS & WRITTEN MATERIAL

BUYER’S TITLE has a long list of major lending institutions as its clients. We are often asked to train their personnel on the proper preparation of their documents, such as Mortgages, Affidavits, and other instruments. Additionally we give seminars entitled "BETTER UNDERSTANDING YOUR TITLE COMMITMENT" or anything else our "lender" clients need. We conduct these classes either at different branches throughout the state OR at a central location, whichever works best for you.

When we come to your bank to conduct these seminars we have always found it useful to present written material for each lender to keep at their desk designed specifically for the need of your particular bank.

8.  SPECIAL REQUESTS

At BUYER’S TITLE we pride ourselves on Service, and that makes YOU, our client, the most important thing to us. As such, if you have ANY special requests that you would like us to take care of, just ask any of our personnel and they will get you to the most appropriate person to service your needs.
