I'M A LENDER, CAN YOU HELP ME?
Without a doubt!  Lenders can't start making money until loans are closed.  BUYER'S TITLE can get your loans closed quickly and efficiently, making you AND your banking customer happy.

I'M A DEVELOPER, CAN YOU HELP ME?
YES!  From platting your large parcel of land to closing each individual sale, we can get your completed closing package AND PROCEEDS to you without delay.

I'M A SELLER, CAN YOU HELP ME? 
Of course we can.  As a seller, you are required to come to closing with certain documents.  We can prepare those for you.  Also, in some counties, the Seller is required to produce Title Insurance. At BUYER'S TITLE we never charge more than promulgated rate.

We put an emphasis on personalized customer service. When you call during business hours, your call will be answered by one of our friendly staff, not an automated telephone answering system. Your call will then be routed to the person most able to help you.

We employ a full time technology manager to insure that we fully utilize rapidly changing technological advances in the real estate field to your benefit. We have two conveniently located offices.  One in Plantation, Florida, easily accessible from I-595, I-95, Florida Turnpike, I-75;  the other in Pembroke Pines, Florida.  Our friendly staff  is always available to assist you in making your closing experience as smooth as possible. Location and time for closing are never a problem as we are available to close your transaction in our offices in Plantation and Pembroke Pines or at other locations throughout the State of Florida, always with your convenience in mind.
