Closing Tracker is a 24/7 web based transaction management platform that provides participants in real estate transactions up-to-the-minute status and the ability to exchange and share documents online enhancing communication and makes for a more efficient and effortless closing.

How it works:

Closing Tracker communicates with the all participants via email to alert them of changes, updates, and progress to each transaction. In addition to notifying the participants of vital updates in the closing process, Closing Tracker also provides contact information for the closing team assigned to you specific transaction as well as the information of all other parties involved with your transaction. If you do not want to have specific information available to you or your information available to other participants, the settings can be changed. Notify us and we will modify and/or discontinue the service per your direction. However, we believe this additional service makes the closing process easier for you as well as our clients and the professionals working with them.

How to access your file online:

Closing Tracker generates an e-mail with a unique username and password for each individual added as a participant. Once you received the initial email with your username and password, you are able to log in to Closing Tracker. Once logged into closing tracker, you can see tasks completed and any available documents. Clients may access their contract, title commitment, survey, settlement statement or other important closing document, even after the transaction has closed in Closing Tracker. In addition, transaction participants may email each other in Closing Tracker or email documents to other parties within the website.

Expect Closing Tracker emails to keep you up to date and notify you of documents when they become available:

• You have been added as a participant to a real estate transaction
• Assigned to the Closer's team
• Title Commitment
• Survey
• Survey reviewed/approved
• Closing Scheduled
• Settlement Statement (or HUD-1)
• File Funded

Troubleshooting:

You are welcome to control the type of emails you get from Closing Tracker by logging in, clicking Manage My Email Notifications (located near the right, top section of the webpage) and selecting which emails you prefer to receive.
